Bank-ready project reports for loan applications. Financial projections, CMA data, and feasibility analysis prepared by qualified Chartered Accountants.
A project report is the document banks ask for when you apply for a business loan, working capital limit, or term loan. It explains your business, projects future revenue, lays out costs, and shows the bank that you can repay the loan. A weak project report is the most common reason for loan rejection — not poor credit score.
Most business owners think a project report is just numbers in an Excel sheet. It's not. Banks have specific formats they look for. They want CMA data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement), projected balance sheets, cash flow statements, ratio analysis, sensitivity testing, and a clear story about the business. If the report doesn't match the bank's checklist, the file moves to the bottom of the pile.
We've prepared project reports for term loans from Rs 5 lakh to over Rs 50 crore. The work is the same in principle: understand your business, project realistic numbers, structure them in the format banks expect, and explain the story clearly. We've worked with reports for nationalised banks, private banks, NBFCs, and MSME-focused lenders.
Every bank has slightly different format preferences. We adjust to what your specific bank wants. If your loan officer asks for revisions, we handle those revisions at no extra cost until the file is accepted. Our goal is your loan getting sanctioned, not just the report getting delivered.

We start with a call to understand your business, the loan amount, the bank you're applying to, and what the loan is for. This helps us tailor the report to your specific situation.
1 dayWe share a checklist of documents and information needed — past financials, GST returns, ITRs, business plan, projected expenses. You share these over WhatsApp or email.
3-7 daysWe build the financial model — projected P&L, balance sheet, cash flow for 3 to 5 years. We do sensitivity analysis to show the bank that the business survives even if revenue is lower than expected.
5-7 daysWe write the full project report — executive summary, business description, market analysis, financial projections, CMA data, ratio analysis, and risk assessment. All in your bank's preferred format.
3-5 daysYou review the draft. We make changes based on your feedback. If the bank asks for changes after submission, we handle those revisions at no extra cost until the file is accepted.
2-3 daysProject report fees depend on loan amount, business complexity, and turnaround time. Small loans (under Rs 25 lakh) start lower. Large term loans with multiple lenders cost more. We share a quote after a free 30-minute discussion.
10 to 21 working days
Most reports are ready in 10 to 14 days after we receive all documents. Complex projects with multiple business lines or significant capex can take up to 3 weeks. If you have a bank deadline, tell us upfront and we'll plan around it.
We know what nationalised banks, private banks, and NBFCs each want. The format matches the lender, so your file doesn't get rejected on technicalities.
We don't inflate numbers to make a report look good. Banks see hundreds of inflated reports and reject them. Our projections are realistic and defensible in discussions with the loan officer.
If the bank asks for changes after you submit, we make them at no extra cost. We're committed until your loan is sanctioned.
Your project report is prepared and signed by qualified Chartered Accountants. Many banks specifically require CA-prepared reports for larger loans.
Fees depend on loan size and complexity. For small loans under Rs 25 lakh, project reports typically start around Rs 4,999. For larger loans (Rs 1 crore and above), fees scale based on the depth required. We give you an exact quote after a free 30-minute call.
CMA stands for Credit Monitoring Arrangement. It's a specific format banks use to assess working capital limits. It includes projected balance sheets, profit and loss, fund flow statements, and ratio analysis in a standardised structure that the loan officer can review quickly.
Yes. We've prepared reports accepted by SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Bajaj Finserv, and many NBFCs. If your bank has specific format requirements, share them with us upfront and we'll match them.
Past 2-3 years of financial statements, latest ITRs, GST returns, bank statements (6 to 12 months), business registration documents, KYC documents, and your business plan or expansion idea. We share a full checklist so nothing is missed.
Yes. Government scheme loans like Mudra, PMEGP, and Stand-Up India have their own report formats. We've prepared reports under all these schemes.
Rejection can happen for many reasons — credit score, sector restrictions, collateral issues. If the rejection is because of a report issue, we fix it free of cost. If it's for other reasons, we can advise on next steps and other banks to try.
Standard reports include 3-year projections. For term loans above Rs 1 crore or for sectors like manufacturing and infrastructure, banks often want 5-year projections. We adjust to what's needed.
Yes. We can share a sanitised sample report (without client-identifying details) so you can see the quality and structure before deciding.
Yes. We prepare reports for collateral-free MSME loans under CGTMSE, capital subsidy schemes like CLCSS, and other subsidy-linked credit. We include the specific calculations and documentation each scheme requires.
We base projections on your historical performance, industry benchmarks, and the specific assumptions you provide. Every assumption is stated openly in the report. If the bank questions any number, we can defend it with data.
