Get your Udyam certificate and unlock government benefits - subsidized loans, priority in tenders, and lower electricity rates. Takes just 1-2 days.

MSME stands for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The government of India wants to support small businesses, so they've created the Udyam registration system. When you register, you get a unique Udyam Registration Number and a certificate that proves your business is a recognized small enterprise.
Why does this matter? Because a long list of government benefits opens up once you have this certificate. Banks offer you loans at lower interest rates. You get priority when applying for government tenders. Many states give you subsidized electricity. You can even get refunds on the registration fees of trademarks and patents.
The best part? The government doesn't charge anything for Udyam registration - it's completely free on the official portal at udyamregistration.gov.in. But the process can be confusing, especially if you don't know which category you fall under (Micro, Small, or Medium) or how to fill the form correctly. That's where we come in. We handle the entire process for just ₹799.
There is no penalty for not having Udyam registration since it is voluntary. But you miss out on real money. Without it, you cannot apply for government tenders reserved for MSMEs, you pay higher interest on bank loans, and you lose subsidies worth lakhs over time. Many businesses across India are leaving money on the table every month they delay.
Udyam registration has lifetime validity. There is no renewal and no expiry date. Once registered, your certificate stays active as long as your business exists. The system auto-updates your category (Micro, Small, or Medium) based on your ITR and GST returns each year. So you never need to reapply.
If you run any kind of business in India, Udyam registration is one of the smartest things you can do. Whether you manufacture auto parts, run a consulting firm, or operate a shop, the benefits apply equally. We serve clients across India and the process is 100% online, so your location does not matter.

They're the same thing. Udyam is the new name for MSME registration since July 2020. The government replaced the old UAM (Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum) system with the Udyam Registration portal. So when someone says 'MSME registration,' they mean Udyam registration.
Classification is based on your investment in plant/machinery and annual turnover. Micro: Investment up to ₹1 crore, turnover up to ₹5 crore. Small: Investment up to ₹10 crore, turnover up to ₹50 crore. Medium: Investment up to ₹50 crore, turnover up to ₹250 crore (per MSME Development Act, 2006 as amended).
