This refund policy explains when and how refunds work for services provided by Quorum Advisory & Accounts Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “Quorum Advisors”). Please read this before making any payment.

Professional Fees (Our Service Charges)

Our professional fees cover the time, effort, and expertise involved in delivering a service. Here is how refunds work for professional fees:

Full Refund — Service Not Started

If you request a refund within 48 hours of payment and we have not started any work on your service, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

No Refund — Work Already Started

Once we begin working on your service (for example, document review, application preparation, or filing), professional fees are non-refundable. This is because our team has already spent time and effort on your work.

Partial Work Completed

If you cancel a service mid-way, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on how much work has already been done. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Government Fees and Statutory Charges

Government fees are charges paid directly to government authorities (such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GST portal, or state departments). These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, because:

• These fees are paid to the government on your behalf, not kept by us.
• Once paid to a government portal, these fees cannot be reversed or recovered.
• We have no control over government refund policies.

We always inform you about government fees before starting a service, so there are no surprises.

Consultation Calls

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the call has taken place. If we are unable to schedule your call within the agreed timeframe due to reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

What If the Government Rejects My Application?

If a government authority rejects your application, our professional fees are not refundable because the work on our end (document preparation, filing, follow-up) has already been completed.

However, we will explain the reason for rejection and advise you on what to do next. Re-filing or addressing the rejection may involve additional fees, which we will discuss with you upfront.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email us at Quorumadvisory@gmail.com with your name, service details, and reason for the refund request.
• We will review your request and respond within 3 working days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Disputes and Resolution

If you are unhappy with a service or have a concern about your payment, we encourage you to talk to us first. Most issues can be resolved through a simple conversation.

If we are unable to resolve the matter through discussion, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India, and governed by the laws of India.
